The Colour Changing Solar-Powered Coasters are nothing more than a little fun and style. The drinks coasters are durable plastic coaster that charges up during the day using a solar panel. When you switch them on at night for a garden party, they cycle through a range of bright colours to give you a funky table-top lighting system.
The coasters themselves are silver in colour, and use a bright energy saving LED light that will glow for 6 hours once the coaster is fully charged. Unusually for an eco-gadget, the rechargeable NiMH battery is replaceable, which means you can use your own rechargeable batteries should the included one expire.
The coasters come as a pack of 2, and are available for £14 plus postage.
