The Solar Stand is a new concept by Tom Fereday that addresses the lack of applications for flexible solar panels. The Solar Stand improves the quality of the solar cells, increasing power output by up to 35% and making the panels easier to use in the field.
The Solar Stand offers a lightweight, portable and easy to use framework for a solar panel. The special hinge allows the solar panel to be positioned in a variety of angles so that you can get the best possible exposure to sunlight. I can imagine that this would be perfect for campers, hikers and journalists in remote locations.
I look forward to seeing it on the market. Hopefully it won’t be too expensive either.

I am also looking forward for this Solar Stand. I like it because it can be carried anywhere because it’s portable and lightweight. Tom Fereday’s Solar Stand concept is really a brilliant idea!
