The PUYL is a combined bicycle pump and a hand-powered torch in one, perfect for cyclists everywhere. Designed by industrial designerKai Malte Roever, the pump uses the motion of a magnet through copper coils to generate electricity. Dahon has announced the BioLogic FreeCharge, which is a bicycle charging kit that connects to any dynamo hub on the market, allowing you to charge your iPod, iPhone, mobile phone and other portable gadgets. Since cyclists are very exposed on the road due to the volume of traffic these days, the Laser gadget is designed to create a light-based safety zone around the cyclists to encourage good behaviour from drivers.
