A bidet is a bathroom device that is used to clean yourself once you’ve just been to the loo. Bidets are not particularly common in some parts of Europe and North America, although they are commonly found in Southern Europe, some Latin American countries, as well as some African and Asian countries. Essentially its about using water to clean yourself rather than using toilet paper. You then dry yourself using paper toils, or even better, a towel. (more…)

If you concious of the environment and you want to get fit, the EcoMill is an eco-friendly gym treadmill which uses the energy generated from your running to charge an internal battery. The internal battery is then used to power the treadmill display and the elevation system. The Sensaris Bluetooth Device is a air quality and noise monitoring gadget that relays data back to a central server over the mobile phone networks. Using the Bluetooth functionality in your phone, it will relay air and noise conditions along with your current GPS location. I apologise if this article offends anyone, but I personally feel that it fits perfectly on EnviroGadget! The Earth Angel has been revealed as the first 100% green sex toy from Irish company Caden Enterprises. The vibrator is completely made from recycled materials, and it never needs charging up due to using a wind-up crank to charge the internal rechargeable battery. (more…)

The Chinese therapy balls have long been used in Chinese medicine as a way to stimulate acupuncture points in the hand and to loosen stiff joints. As someone who suffers from hand pain on occasion, I think that they’re a great way to improve mobility in your hands and fingers. The SteriPEN is an eco-friendly gadget ideal if you’re travelling to areas with typically unsafe drinking water. The SteriPEN will allow you to refill your water bottles (rather than buy bottles from a shop) and ensure the water is safe before you drink it.
