Spider Catcher

The Spider Catcher is a great way to deal with unwanted creepy crawlies, especially when you don’t want to have to touch them! The catcher allows you to capture the spider, or other such critter, and take it to freedom outside unharmed.

Spider Catcher

Spiders are a much needed creature,  needed by your ecosystem, doing a great job of keeping flies etc in check. However most of us do not want to share a room with them! Many who fear spiders do not actively wish them to die, or know just how important they are environmentally. The Spider Catcher provides you with a great way to pick up the spider without harming it, allowing you to put it safely outside, and enjoy your room spider free.

The Spider Catcher is an easy to use tool. The nylon bristles at the end of the long plastic pole are activated by the plastic trigger handle, by pressing the trigger you spread them open ready to catch a spider. When you release the trigger the bristles close, trapping the spider safely allowing you to then move it outside without having to physically touch the spider, just pull the trigger again to free it. The catcher measures 65 cm x 15 cm x 7 cm (25.6 in x 5.9 in x 2.8 in) allowing you to easily reach the unwanted critter even if its on the ceiling. It is supplied with a bristle protector to keep the catcher safe until it is required.

The Spider Catcher is even safe for use with stinging insects such as wasps or bees. The catcher is also useful when out camping or caravaning to remove any unwanted guests. The catcher frees you from having to use any chemicals to kill these creatures, or from injuring them trying to remove them from your room, allowing them to go on and continue to be a useful part of the ecosystem…and you to relax knowing the room is spider free!

The Spider Catcher is around £10 including delivery.
