These Super Slim Solar Accent Lights can be used in a variety of ways to illuminate your garden without any worries over either wiring or the constant drain of electricity. The Super Slim Solar Accent Lights are long slender lights, each comprising of two LED light strip areas at each end with a central solar panel. This allows each of the 4 lights to be placed far apart, without the need to wire to a central solar panel. The only drawback is that each light’s solar panel must have access to some light to charge, so thought must be given into positioning them.

Each light measures 38.1cm x 2.54 cm (15 in x 1 in) and comes with the parts to allow it to be used in different ways, to be either ground or wall-mounted. The lights can be put onto spikes to allow them to be positioned into soft material like soil to light areas such as garden edges. The lights can also have brackets attached to them to allow them to be mounted onto hard flat surfaces, for example walls or into steps, securely. Each light is supplied with two AA Ni-Cd 500 mAh rechargeable batteries. These allow the lights to provide around 10 hours of illumination from only 6 hours of sunlight charging.

The lights turn on automatically when dusk falls, the lights can be used either to illuminate a garden feature for all to see or to light hazards in the garden.  Due to this automatic lighting function the lights cannot be placed anywhere where another night time light source will shine onto the solar panel area, as this will prevent the light from turning on.
