Sustainable High Rise In Yongsan International Business District

Harmony tower is the leading skyscraper located in north-eastern corner of Yongsan international business district. This high sustainable building has been designed by architect Perrault and will be the leading business offices site for most of the companies here. The new skyscraper will have offices on 38 floors from its all 46 floors. It has been beautifully scenario with sheltered gardens which will provide the view of scenic Han River. This new business site will be in line with eastern and southern facades, along with ground level base of this building inching towards the interior to give a beautiful look of entrance.

Harmony tower, located in Seoul, South Korea is the project of new Yongsan international business district. Project is based on engineers’ efforts to build the 21st century high ionic buildings.  This YIBD project is an iconic high-rise buildings of the 21st century which are made from sustainable materials, being eco-friendly, should have eco-green roofs and all the construction should be verified as eco-friendly and providing no harm to the environment.

New Harmony tower of Seoul has 46 floors with an innovative design enthused by YunDeung. The chiseled tower is finely cut by the urban context. The spacious base gives a feeling of openness for the pedestrian arcade. The tower captures the light from various angles that creates a glowing access to this iconic tower. The tower is deigned in a way that allows maximum light on its top and air to the surrounding towers creating a rising peak to the tower.

Eco-friendly construction requires all the aspects of Going Green to be kept in mind, and this canbe experienced in New Harmony tower project of Yongsan International business district. The building has been structured in a way that it will allow maximum light to be thrown on it, along with solar panels which will use this energy and provide it for use in offices.
